1. About Sanga Entertainment

SANGA ENTERTAINMENT, INC. is an entertainment and production company focused on creating films, series, and digital stories.

Sanga Entertainment may produce, promote, publish, distribute, and make available entertainment content through its own websites, applications, and digital platforms.

2. Sanga Streaming Platform

AfricanMovies, including africanmovies.com and related mobile applications, is Sanga Entertainment's streaming platform for African movies and related content.

AfricanMovies is currently a pay-per-movie streaming platform. We do not currently offer a subscription plan. Users may purchase access to individual movies, and access may be available for a limited period after purchase.

When these Terms refer to AfricanMovies, they refer to the streaming platform operated by Sanga Entertainment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use our websites, applications, or services.

If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use our services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using any Sanga Entertainment service, you confirm that you are legally able to accept these Terms.

4. Use of Our Websites and Services

You may use Sanga Entertainment websites and services for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Information about our productions, company, policies, and contact details is provided for general informational purposes. We may update, remove, or change this information at any time.

You agree not to misuse our websites, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content, name, images, logos, or materials in a way that suggests approval by Sanga Entertainment unless we clearly allow it in writing.

5. Streaming Platform Accounts

Some AfricanMovies features may require you to create or verify an account.

AfricanMovies may use email-based OTP verification. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your email account secure.

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us immediately at movies@sangaentertainment.com.

We may suspend or terminate account access if we believe these Terms have been violated, the Service has been misused, fraud has occurred, or your activity creates risk for Sanga Entertainment, users, service providers, or rights holders.

6. Movie Purchases and Access

When you purchase a movie through AfricanMovies, you are buying a limited, personal, non-transferable license to stream that movie through the AfricanMovies platform.

You do not own the movie or any underlying content. You are not allowed to copy, download, record, resell, redistribute, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, or share the movie unless Sanga Entertainment clearly allows it in writing.

Purchased movies may be available in your library for a limited period. Once the access period expires, you may need to purchase the movie again to watch it.

The exact access period, expiry date, and viewing limitations may be shown before or after purchase, inside your account, or in your movie library.

7. Pricing and Payments

Movie prices may be displayed in the AfricanMovies app or website before purchase. Sanga Entertainment may charge a fixed price per movie or update prices from time to time.

Prices may vary by country, platform, currency, taxes, fees, payment provider, app store rules, exchange rates, or promotions.

Payments may be processed through Google Play Billing for Android mobile app purchases, Apple StoreKit or Apple In-App Purchase for iOS mobile app purchases, Flutterwave for supported web, card, or eligible payment flows, or another supported payment provider.

Google, Apple, Flutterwave, banks, card networks, or other payment providers may process your payment according to their own terms, policies, and billing rules.

We do not store your full card number, CVV, or complete payment card details on our own servers. By making a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

8. Purchase Verification

Sanga Entertainment may verify payments before granting access to a movie on AfricanMovies.

For Android purchases, we may verify the purchase through Google Play Billing. For iOS purchases, we may verify the purchase through Apple StoreKit. For supported web or card payments, we may verify the payment through Flutterwave or another supported payment provider.

If payment verification fails, is reversed, is refunded, is disputed, or appears fraudulent, we may delay, deny, suspend, or remove access to the purchased movie.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Because Sanga Entertainment provides digital streaming access through AfricanMovies, purchases are generally final once access has been granted, unless required by applicable law or platform policy.

Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play may need to be handled through Google Play. Refund requests for purchases made through Apple may need to be handled through Apple. Refund requests for eligible Flutterwave, card, or web purchases may be reviewed by Sanga Entertainment or the payment provider.

We may refuse a refund where a movie has already been accessed, where the access period has expired, where the request appears abusive or fraudulent, or where the refund is not required by law or platform policy.

If a refund is approved, Sanga Entertainment may remove access to the refunded movie.

10. Movie Availability

Sanga Entertainment works to keep purchased movies available during the applicable access period, but content availability may change for legal, licensing, technical, security, or business reasons.

We may remove, replace, disable, or restrict access to content if required by law, rights holders, licensing agreements, platform rules, or technical issues.

Where reasonable, we may provide a replacement, credit, refund, or other remedy if a purchased movie becomes unavailable before the end of the access period. The remedy may depend on the reason for removal, platform rules, and applicable law.

11. Streaming Quality and Internet Access

Streaming quality may depend on your device, internet connection, location, app version, platform, and service availability.

You are responsible for your own internet connection, mobile data charges, device compatibility, and any fees charged by your mobile network, internet provider, app store, bank, or payment provider.

Sanga Entertainment is not responsible for poor playback caused by your internet connection, device limitations, network restrictions, or third-party service issues.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Sanga Entertainment websites, services, or AfricanMovies for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Copy, download, screen record, redistribute, resell, or publicly display movies or other protected content.
• Share purchased movie access outside your account.
• Use bots, scraping tools, automation, or unauthorized software to access our websites or services.
• Attempt to bypass payment, access controls, geographic restrictions, security systems, or usage limits.
• Reverse engineer, modify, hack, disrupt, or interfere with our websites, applications, systems, or services.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, spam, or harmful code.
• Use another person's account without permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or payment information.
• Violate the rights of Sanga Entertainment, users, content owners, payment providers, service providers, or third parties.

Violation of this section may result in account suspension, termination, removal of access, legal action, or reporting to relevant authorities.

13. Device and Account Restrictions

Sanga Entertainment may limit the number of devices that can be logged in to one AfricanMovies account.

We may also limit simultaneous streams, account sharing, suspicious login activity, or access from unsupported devices.

These restrictions help protect user accounts, prevent fraud, and protect content rights.

14. Intellectual Property

Sanga Entertainment, AfricanMovies, and their names, logos, designs, software, text, graphics, features, user interfaces, images, videos, and related materials are owned by Sanga Entertainment or its licensors.

Movies and other content made available through Sanga Entertainment websites or AfricanMovies are owned by Sanga Entertainment or the applicable rights holders and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of Sanga Entertainment, AfricanMovies, the movies, or any related intellectual property.

15. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas, comments, or feedback, you allow Sanga Entertainment to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

This helps us improve our websites, productions, and services.

16. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information.

Sanga Entertainment does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or user data to third parties.

By using our websites, AfricanMovies, or any related service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

17. Third-Party Services

Sanga Entertainment websites, applications, and AfricanMovies may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, app stores, hosting providers, analytics tools, customer support tools, and other technical services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, payment systems, policies, errors, delays, or security practices.

This includes services operated by Google, Apple, Flutterwave, and other providers.

18. Changes to Our Services

Sanga Entertainment may update, improve, suspend, discontinue, or change any part of its websites, applications, content, or services at any time.

We may add or remove features, update pricing, change supported devices, modify the design, update content availability, or change how movie access works.

Where required by law, we will provide notice of significant changes.

19. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Sanga Entertainment services or AfricanMovies accounts if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You misuse our websites, applications, or services.
• Your payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, or fraudulent.
• We are required to do so by law, court order, platform policy, or rights holder request.
• Your activity creates security, legal, financial, or operational risk.

If your account is terminated because of a serious violation, you may lose access to purchased movies, and you may not be entitled to a refund unless required by law.

You may stop using our websites or services at any time.

20. Disclaimers

Sanga Entertainment websites, applications, content, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that our websites, AfricanMovies, or any related service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or network.

We do not guarantee that every movie or production-related item will remain available forever.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sanga Entertainment disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sanga Entertainment will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of access, business interruption, or device issues.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sanga Entertainment's total liability for any claim related to a paid transaction will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific movie or transaction giving rise to the claim.

Some countries or states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

22. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sanga Entertainment, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our websites, services, or AfricanMovies.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law or third-party right.
• Your unauthorized use, copying, sharing, or distribution of content.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity connected to your account.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

24. Disputes

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, the dispute may be handled by the courts or dispute resolution process available under the governing law stated above, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are important, we may notify you through the app, website, or email.

Your continued use of Sanga Entertainment websites, AfricanMovies, or any related service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
